Welcome to Sharicca website! This website is operating by Sharicca, the terms "Sharicca official site", "the site", "www.sharicca.com", "company", "we", "us", "our website" throughout the site refer to Sharicca.

Subject to your compliance with the terms, Sharicca grants you to access and use the website for your personal use only, not for any business purpose or commercial activity. Your failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the suspension or termination of our website/service and might subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By any chance a product is listed with a wrong price or incorrect product information due to typographical errors, Sharicca shall have the right to refuse or cancel these orders. If your payment has already been charged, we shall immediately refund and issue a credit back to the account you are charged.

4.1 Price:
By accessing our website, you understand and consent that the product price is as listed on the site at the time of purchase and is subject to change or may vary due to promotional offers. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, discounts or availability of any particular item at any time without further notice. You authorize Sharicca to charge your submitted payment card for the corresponding amount immediately upon your purchase order.


4.2 Payment:
When you place an order on Sharicca website, you will be asked to provide your valid billing card details, billing address, your name and shipping details. Please note that these data will be used and shared with our payment processing services provider to verify and charge your payment method for such purchases. By accessing this website, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate detailed information needed and promptly update your account and other information including email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates if any changes so that we can contact you regarding any problem with your payment account.


4.3 Shipping and Delivery:
You agree to pay any shipping charges shown at the time you make a purchase and you understand and accept that any shipping times are shown on our product page or checkout page are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary.

All delivery will be made through Sharicca's shipping partners, Sharicca reserves the right to change the shipping method used at our discretion. The risk of loss for your purchased items passes to you upon delivery. If you have any problem with your order, please feel free to contact our customer services.


4.4 Return and Refund:
If you exercise your right of cancellation or exchange your purchase, you may submit a return request via email and will be responsible for returning the goods to us in their original condition. We only accept items in unworn, label tag attached status within 30 days upon delivery for a refund.

In the event your refund is justified, the purchase amount will be refunded and issued based on the original form of payment. Some nonrefundable purchases such as final sale items, gift cards, and giveaways or those otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page are not returnable nor refundable. If you are sent a digital gift card by your friends or families, we are unable to refund the original monetary amount.

SECTION 5: PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS

Sharicca reserves the right to run promotions at our discretion and without further notice. Coupons can not be combined with other promotions, special sales, clearance and so on (exclude gift cards, sales items and bundle packs). Sharicca cannot retroactively resend or add a coupon or promotion to your order if you miss out or do not apply the correct coupon code.

Sharicca competition prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products nor redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, Sharicca replaces the right to replace a different item of equal or greater value. If the prize requires shipment, we reserve the right to deliver the prize on the day as specified, but not responsible for delays or delivery damage caused by third parties.

SECTION 6: REFERRAL PROGRAM

Sharicca offers a referral program for registered Sharicca customers to refer Sharicca online store to their friends and get certain credit. To qualify for the credit, the referred customer must click on the referrer's unique link, create a new account and place an order on Sharicca.com. The referral credit will be granted once all items in the referred customer's first order have been shipped. Please note that the credit is non-transferable and can not be monetized.

Sharicca may modify or terminate the referral program without any further obligations. We reserve the right to review, investigate and remove referral credit as well as suspend accounts in instances we identify behavior that is abusive, fraudulent, or not aligned with the spirit of the program, such as gaining credit through self-referral by creating multiple accounts using different email addresses or by adding identical payment methods to multiple accounts;

Once your account is suspended, we will remove links to your referral codes. That will result in no more referral credit receiving for new accounts completing their first purchase via your referral link.

You are encouraged to share your referral link through social media outlets with your friends. However, you may not include Sharicca trademarks or engage in activity or words that may be regarded as misleading to Sharicca customers.

SECTION 7. INTERNATIONAL TERMS

If you are not a United States resident and accessing our website from abroad, you agree to transfer certain information, including personal information outside your home country to United States.

All prices on Sharicca website are listed in U.S. Dollars. We are not responsible for fluctuations in the currency exchange rates against the U.S. Dollar that affect the final total value of international customers' purchases.

If you are from the country embargoed by U.S. or on the United States Treasury Department's list of "Specially Designated Nationals", you are not authorized to use Sharicca online store service and you will follow all the local laws, rules and regulations that apply to you.

If you are a resident of the European Union or South Korea: Please note that certain jurisdictions may not allow the waiver or limitation of certain warranties, liabilities or damages under mandatory law so some of the exclusions and limitations in these Terms may not apply to you.

If you are a resident of Germany, France, Austria or Finland: Notwithstanding anything in these Terms to the contrary, the qualifier "to the fullest extent permitted by law" (and other qualifiers of similar effect) wherever it appears in the Terms shall be deemed deleted and have no force and effect.

Standard message and data rates we send text messages to you may be applied by your cell phone carrier. By accessing Sharicca website, you consent to accept and receive communications from us and keep email addresses valid and active.

You may opt-out of receiving communications by following the unsubscribe options we provide to you. Sharicca will not be liable to you for any losses resulting from your failure to email communication.

We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or inactive account and those fail to comply with the terms and condition.
